I found Katie 8 months ago as I was desperately looking for help. I was in a chronic state of long term stress, to the extent I could feel I was becoming ill in many ways and I was also scared as I have had breast cancer 3 years ago. My MCAS flared up with the histamine issues so exasperating I could not breathe. I I was wired but tired and my heart was hammering in my chest, varicose veins and capillaries started to appear. No energy and such terrible brain fog sometimes I could barely hold a conversation. My joints ached and my digestive system was in disarray. I believe Katies protocol SAVED my life !!!!! Katie's genetics report and supplements recommendations finally helped me understand why I had reacted badly to so many protocols in the past. She looks at genetics in a holistic way, and explains very clearly each pattern, so that everything starts to make sense. Even though I haven't implemented the full protocol yet, the vitamin C and Magnesium addition alone has already been a total game changer. Thank you Katie.

The report was helpful and thorough. It has been a little trial and error, but some of the supplement recommendations have been helpful. Anyone who is trying to figure out their health and symptoms should definitely start with their genetic information-- so much depends on your own genetic SNP's that I don't understand why doctors don't require this information before they try and help someone.

Katie is extremely knowledgeable and the information and insights she provides are way beyond anything I would ever have been able to work out for myself. I requested the comprehensive report from Katie, following an email reply from her which inspired confidence in her knowledge and passion for this subject. I’m extremely excited about this way of understanding and supporting our individual bodies and unique systems. I think it’s absolutely about time we understood our own genetic makeup up and how to support it properly. This could radically change health and medical care as we’ve been used to. I’m a mid age woman, who has spent years piecing together all the systems by trial and error. It’s been a long ol’ road! Website is easy to use. Reports come in a reasonable amount of time. The writeup is not quite as easy to understand as I would like, but it is complicated subject matter. It is something that you need to read more than once to digest. But the information is there, and it is good. It is something that I will go back to over and over. Katie is responsive to questions which is also very important. Following her on Facebook is great, as you can learn a lot about your own issues by reading what others have asked and written about. Also, there are sales, which are great if you are having trouble deciding on one report! That is what drew me in! Had it narrowed to 2 reports I wanted, and then there was a great sale, so I was able to order both! Definitely one of my top companies for this kind of reporting.

My DNA report and supplement protocol reinforced the few things I was previously aware of, but it also filled in many pieces that I was missing. Now I feel like I can support my body with much better focus. I was surprised that Katie addressed my neurological pains. I'm looking forward to getting these pains under control.
