Do you work with clients internationally?

Yes, I work with people all over the world. Our DNA kits ship worldwide. 

What type of genetic test do you use?

We use a saliva-based mouth swab processed through the highly reputable US lab, Tempus. 

The lab provides:

• Processing in CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories

• Secure, industry-standard encryption and data protection systems

• Handling of genetic data within HIPAA-compliant frameworks when used clinically

• Genetic data is never sold or used for research purposes

• Patient rights to access their data and request copies in accordance with applicable privacy regulations

Is the test safe for all ages?

Yes. We work with all ages, including children and adults. The saliva swab is simple and non-invasive.

Do you offer free shipping:

Yes, DNA test kits ship free in the United States. Shipping fees may be invoiced for international orders. 

How long does it take to get my results?

  • DNA kits are typically shipped within two business days of your purchase and delivered within approximately 5 business days.
  • DNA results take 12 days.
  • Your personalized analysis and protocol may take up to 1 to 2 weeks once raw data is received.

I analyze genetics and build custom genetic protocols every day, so replies may be slower during busy periods. Your report will still be completed in the correct timeframe.

Why does my analysis look different than someone else’s?

Different genetic testing companies provide different sets of SNPs.

Your report is built using the SNPs available in your data file, so two people tested through different data sources may have slightly different layouts, markers, or depth of analysis. The personalized protocol remains fully tailored to your genetics and symptoms.

What is the difference between the Comprehensive Molecular Blueprint and the Basic Genetic Analysis with Protocol?

The Genetic Report + Supplement Protocol provides a targeted nutrient protocol tailored to your symptoms and genes.

You receive:

  • A focused review of the DNA variants that influence nutrient metabolism, detoxification, hormones, inflammation, and energy or any category that maps to your genetics and symptoms 
  • A straightforward supplement plan
  • Exact nutrient doses with morning, afternoon, and evening schedule.

    What happens after I order?

    1. If you ordered the DNA test kit, it ships from our US partner lab.
    2. Once your results are ready, they are released securely. Make sure to fill out an intake form at mhcgenetics.com
    3. I begin your genetic analysis and build your personalized genetic report.
    4. You receive your report through email or login to our portal.
    5. Send me any questions you have!

    If my genetic DNA data is several years old, can I still use it to purchase an analysis?

    Yes. DNA data does not expire or go bad, and older genetic files can still be used for analysis.
