Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes. Molecular Health Co works with individuals and families around the world. Our DNA kits can be shipped internationally, and we also accept existing DNA data from many popular testing companies.
What type of genetic test do you use?
We use a simple saliva-based DNA test processed through our US laboratory partner, Tempus.
The laboratory provides:
• Processing through CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories
• Secure industry-standard encryption and data protection
• HIPAA-compliant handling of genetic information when used in clinical settings
• Access to your genetic data upon request
• Strict privacy and security protocols
In addition to our DNA kit, we can also analyze existing raw DNA data from select providers, including 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, Tempus, MaxGen, and several other compatible formats.
Is the test safe for all ages?
Yes. The DNA collection process is non-invasive and suitable for children and adults of all ages.
Do you offer free shipping?
DNA kits ship free within the United States.
International shipping is available. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on location.
How long does the process take?
DNA kits are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your sample reaches the laboratory, DNA processing generally takes approximately 12 to 14 days.
After your genetic data and intake form have been received, your personalized report and protocol are typically completed within 1 week.
Please note that turnaround times may occasionally vary depending on report volume.
What DNA files do you accept?
We currently accept compatible raw DNA data from other companies and labs.
If you are unsure whether your file is compatible, please contact us before purchasing.
Can I use old DNA data?
Yes.
Your genetics do not change over time. DNA data collected years ago remains valid and can still be used for analysis.
Many clients use DNA files that are several years old.
Why does my report look different from someone else's?
Different testing companies analyze different genetic markers.
Your report is built using the genetic variants available within your specific DNA file. Because of this, reports may vary slightly in layout, included markers, and depth of analysis.
Your recommendations and protocol are always personalized to your genetics, symptoms, and health goals.
What is included in the Genetic Report and Supplement Protocol?
The Genetic Report and Supplement Protocol provides a focused analysis of the genetic pathways most relevant to your symptoms and health concerns.
You receive:
• Personalized genetic analysis
• Review of genetic variants related to nutrient metabolism, neurotransmitters, detoxification, hormones, inflammation, histamine, energy production, and other relevant pathways
