Genetic Pattern Mapping
I study combinations of variants and the biological systems they influence, rather than reducing a person’s health to one gene or one mutation.
Founder, Author and Orthomolecular Educator
I’ve spent more than 13 years studying how genetics, nutrients, biochemistry, and the environment shape the way each person’s body functions and responds.

Looking beyond isolated symptoms
For more than 13 years, I’ve worked one-on-one with people trying to understand why their bodies reacted differently to the same foods, supplements, medications, stressors, and health protocols.
Some people felt dramatically better from a nutrient that made someone else feel anxious, overstimulated, exhausted, or physically unwell. Others had been told their laboratory results looked normal, even though their symptoms continued to affect every part of daily life.
Those differences led me deeper into orthomolecular medicine, nutrigenomics, nutrient transport, methylation, histamine regulation, neurotransmitter function, mitochondrial energy, oxidative stress, inflammation, detoxification, hormones, connective tissue, and the nervous system.
The body rarely functions through one isolated pathway. Genetics begin to make more sense when we look at the larger physiological pattern.
Over time, I began seeing recurring patterns across thousands of genetic reports. These patterns helped explain why people with similar diagnoses could have very different nutrient needs, symptom triggers, and responses to supplementation.
That work became the foundation of Molecular Health Co. and the genetic pattern mapping approach I use today.
Author
My books bring together years of research, education, individual observation, and practical experience to help readers better understand nutrient physiology and genetic patterns.
An educational approach to understanding how multiple genetic pathways interact and influence nutrient needs, nervous system function, histamine, methylation, detoxification, inflammation, energy, and individual response.
A practical guide designed to help families understand how vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other naturally occurring compounds support normal physiology and cellular function.
Molecular Health Co. was created to help people better understand the relationship between their genetics, nutrient needs, symptoms, sensitivities, and individual biochemical patterns.
The Institute of Integrative Biomedicine was established to expand education in nutrigenomics, orthomolecular principles, physiology, and personalized biological pattern recognition.
My Approach
Genetic information becomes more useful when it’s considered alongside symptoms, nutrient status, environmental exposures, health history, and the way multiple pathways work together.
My formal education strengthened the foundation of my work in holistic health, nutrition, human physiology, and evidence-informed wellness education.
I continue to study emerging research in nutrigenomics, orthomolecular medicine, nutrient biochemistry, and individualized health.
Honors GraduateEducation Through Community
What began as a small educational space grew into a community of more than 115,000 people looking for a deeper understanding of nutrition, nutrients, genetics, and physiology.
I’ve spent years answering questions, sharing research, studying individual responses, and helping people understand why common health advice doesn’t always work the same way for every person.
That community has played an important role in shaping my work and identifying the questions families most need answered.
My Mission
My goal is to make complex information about genetics, nutrients, and physiology understandable. When people can see how their biological systems connect, they’re better equipped to ask informed questions, recognize patterns, and make more individualized decisions about their health.
Every report, book, educational resource, and community conversation is part of the same work. Helping people understand how their own biology functions.
